Jim Personius founded Personius & Company, a leading private management consulting organization and developer of unique and innovative strategic business concepts. Personius has worked with numerous Fortune 500 clients and smaller, rapidly growing firms. He has helped clients on three continents to:

• Develop and define clear, creative business strategies and visions;
• Design, develop, and implement complete end-to-end business architectures;
• Design and reengineer critical business processes—particularly those that impact and drive customer service;
• Implement advanced custom, integrated technologies; and
• Improve customer service and customer loyalty to deliver superior profits and returns on equity.

Personius received his first US patent in May 2001 and has several more in the pipeline. He authored the popular monthly Casino Journal column, “Betting on Service,” during 1999 and 2000.

Personius also served as an Associate Partner at Andersen Consulting LLP (now Accenture) and as Chief Information Officer of Bristol West Insurance Group (a KKR company).

He received his MBA from the University of Michigan and his BSBA from the University of Illinois.

Hanna Personius specializes in large-scale IT-development projects, particularly Internet development and object-oriented development.

Hanna is a Senior Developer in Claims Technology Services at Allstate Insurance Company. She also served as a Consulting Manager at Andersen Consulting LLP (now Accenture) in the Financial Services Industry Object Solution Center (a development R&D center).

She received her MBA at the Management Education and Development Institute in Jakarta, Indonesia. She also received her BS in Electrical Engineering at Maranatha Christian University in Bandung, Indonesia, where she earned Highest Honors and was Class Valedictorian.
